Jerry Barajas

Jerry Barajas, 70, beloved son, father and husband, was called to his eternal resting place on April 27, 2019 in Tulsa, OK at Saint Francis Hospital. He entered this world on September 17, 1948 in Riverside, CA, born to Tony and Helen Barajas.

Jerry grew up in California where he graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, CA, Shortly thereafter he started his career with GTE at the age of eighteen before retiring as the division manager after twenty- eight years of service. Jerry and his wife loved to travel in their spare time, he always liked to take the "scenic route" to wherever they were going often capturing natures pure beauty. He was crazy about his grandkids and will be remembered as a loving Papa. With his hobbies in short supply he returned to work as a greens keeper at South Lakes Golf Course in Jenks, truth be know it was probably, so he could receive the "employee discount", as his second passion was the game of golf.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Tony Barajas and his brother, Anthony Barajas.

He is survived by his wife Jennie Bradshaw; his mother, Helen Tapia; his siblings, Harry Barajas, Elaine Rios, Monica Churchill, Frank Barajas, Sabrina Ortiz and Maria Martinez. his son, Matthew Bradshaw; his daughter, Amy Glusing and his pride and joy: his loving grandchildren, Joe, Anthony, Eric, Alena, Adam, and Adan.

A private family viewing will be held at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association. ​
