Janette Wamego

Janette "Jan" Wamego passed away on January 11, 2022, with family by her side, at the age of 63.

Jan was born December 20, 1958, in Tulsa, OK to Thurston and Glenna (Dunham) Donaldson. She grew up in Tulsa and graduated from Jenks High School.

She met the love of her life, Joseph Wamego, in elementary school. The couple were married on September 20, 1977. Together they have two sons; Joseph Allen Wamego and Dillon Matthew Wamego.

Jan enjoyed camping with her family, going to the casino, and she loved George Strait! More than anything she adored her two boys and her husband and loved spending time with them.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thurston Donaldson and Glenna Hampton and two infant sons; Joseph Anthony Wamego and Matthew Allen Wamego.

Jan leaves many loving memories to be cherished by her family; husband, Joseph Wamego of Glenpool and their two sons, Joseph and Dillon, her stepmom, Peggy Donaldson, brother Ronald Donaldson and nephew Justin Donaldson, as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Jan will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 13th and Friday, January 14th from 5-8 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 E. 141st St, Glenpool, OK.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday January 15, 2022 at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service Wine Room, 5757 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
