Janet Lee Moncrief Janet Lee Moncrief, a resident of Okmulgee, went to be her Lord on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the age of 50. She was born on February 15, 1960 to Ted Dale and Mary Louise Pearce in Freddick, Oklahoma. Mrs. Moncrief loved sewing, cooking and collecting dolls. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Teddy and Jewel Livingston; grandparents, Walter and Virginia McAfee; son, Teddy Jean Moncrief and husband, Max Moncrief. Survivors include her boyfriend, Gene Brown of Okmulgee; best friends, Bob Cantrell and Dorris Skiles both of Okmulgee; mother and father, Ted and Mary Pearce of Locust Grove; brothers, Joe Kelley and James and Linda Morrow, all of Locust Grove; sisters, Tina and Jermiah Gifford of Locust Grove and Leslie and David Ellis of Muskogee. Private Family Services will be planned at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
