Jack Ballard passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at his home in Claremore. Jack was born June 3, 1963 to Raymond and Orvella K. (Taylor) Ballard in San Juan, New Mexico.
Jack was a Nuclear Inspector for a power plant. He retired from the United States Navy in 2005.
Jack is survived by his wife, Galyna Ballard and four children: Galyna, Nataliya, Jack Vladilier, and Eleena all of the home.
