Gloria E. Franco

Gloria Eugenia Franco, age 69 passed away Sunday, October 29 2006 at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma surrounded by loving family members.
On August 9, 1937 Gloria was born in Mexico City, Mexico to Jose' Mayora and Carolina Souza. She graduated from University of Americas with a B.S. degree in education. In January of 1978 she married Francisco Franco in Mexico City, Mexico. They moved to the Tulsa area coming from Texas in 1991.
Mrs. Franco was a gifted artist; she taught school for 25 years in Mexico City and most recently she taught pre-school. She was a mentor to many people. She loved the Lord; she liked to make banners for churches and was a member of Christ The King Global Dominium Equipping Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Jose and Carolina Mayora.
Gloria Franco is survived by her husband: Dr. Francisco Franco of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son: Christian Franco of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters: Lorana Garagarza Mayora and Erica Mayora of Mexico City, Mexco; two sisters: Carolina Mayora and Beatrice Mayora of Mexico City, Mexico and one brother: Jose Mayora of Mexico City, Mexico along with three loving grandchildren: Anna Paula, Daniela and Mariana.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Christ the King Dominium Equipping Center, 3160 S. 129th E. Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136. Pastor Tammy Chisum will officiate.
