Gerald Dwayne Perry passed away with loving family by his side early Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at the age of 51 years.
Gerald was born on January 13, 1971 in Corning, IA to his parents, Samuel and Minnie (McKinley) Perry.

The Perry family moved to the Tulsa area in the mid-1980s and Gerald was a member of the graduating Class of 1989 from Webster High School. He attended Spartan School of Aeronautics and graduated on the President's Honor Roll.

He enjoyed playing basketball; however his lifelong passion was Hot Rods. He loved to work on and restore many classic muscle cars.

He married the love of his life, Leslie Frye on October 19, 2001 in Eureka Springs, AR.
Gerald was an excellent mechanic, carpenter, and an all-round "Jack of All Trades". He could build or repair anything. He loved taking road trips with Leslie throughout the United States. They enjoyed their vacations to Cancun, Cozumel, New Orleans, and the Black Hills of South Dakota.

He always enjoyed spending time with Adrian, whether it was riding dirt bikes, working on one of their cars or going to the races at the dirt track.

Gerald worked alongside his dad in owning and operating their business, Sam Perry and Son Painting. Their clients were several of the prominent home builders in the Tulsa area.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Samuel Perry and Michael Perry.

Gerald leaves many loving memories with his family, parents, Samuel and Minnie Perry; wife Leslie Perry; son Adrian Perry; daughter Brittany Pangle and husband Michael; granddaughter Michaela Pangle; grandson Landon Pangle; granddaughter Maci Pangle; along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
