George Grant Elder

George Grant Elder, Tulsa resident, passed away with his loving family by his side, Tuesday evening, January 15, 2019, at the age of 72 years. He was born on August 17, 1946 in Tulsa, OK to his parents, George and Martha (Billbe) Elder.

George proudly served our country in the US Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief.

George enjoyed living life to the fullest, fishing, throwing darts, shooting pool, and spending time with his friends in NV.

He is preceded in death by his parents George and Martha Elder; and sister, Becky Smith. George leaves many loving memories with his family, son, John Elder and wife Melody; sisters, Gloria Smart and Mary Jones; granddaughter, Stephanie Eycleshymer and fiancé, Eric Miller, grandson, Weston Elder, and great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Miller, as well as many friends from over the years.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
