Emilio Santiago passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at his home in Tulsa. Emilio was born April 23, 1935 to Lorenzo and Maria (Matos) Santiago in Puerto Rico.

He is survived by his daughter, Ana M. Santiago of the home.
