Douglas Richard Jacobsen, passed away at the age of 71 on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at his home in Inola, Oklahoma.
Douglas was born in St. Paul, MN on March 19, 1947 to Brendt Laroy Jacobsen and Wilma Maxine (Wolf) Jacobsen. He worked most of his life as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
He was preceded in death by both his parents Brendt Jacobsen (Father), Wilma Jacobsen (Mother).
A celebration of Douglas's life will be held at his home. The date and time of the service is pending at this time.
