Donna Gale Welter

Donna Gale Welter died Sunday, March 15, 2020, with family by her side, at the age of 68.

Donna was born December 22, 1951, in Tulsa, OK to her parents, Donald and Emma (Holland) Ragan.

Donna worked as Secretary for Avis Rental Car. She married Jeffrey Welter on November 23, 1993, at Resurrection Church in Tulsa, OK. They celebrated 22 years of marriage until his passing on February 17, 2015.

Donna had many hobbies and interests. She was an avid reader, and extremely creative. She loved cross-stitching, scrapbooking, and making her own crafts and ornaments by hand. She also loved animals, and spent a lot of her time, money and energy contributing to the wellbeing of unwanted or mistreated animals.

She is preceded in death by Jeffrey Welter (Husband), Donald Ragan (Father), and Emma Ragan (Mother).

Donna leaves many loving memories to be cherished by her family; sons, John Welter and Robert Pell; granddaughter, Danyelle; Robert (Roberta) Welter - brother-in-law, of Tulsa, as well as many other loving relatives and a host of friends. Donna will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma, with Chaplain Scott Gordon officiating.
