Dixie J. Millican Froman

Dixie J. Millican Froman, a resident of Hoffman, was born March 17, 1934 in Marble City, Oklahoma to Mae Cook and High Drain. She passed away November 15, 2009 at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years 7 months and 28 days. She is retired from G&H Decoy. Dixie was preceded in death by husband, Jasper Joseph K. Millican, Ssister Bonnie Johnson, brother Rube Drain, and her parents. She is survived by her Son, Randal Millican, Wagoner, OK; Daughter, Marlene Moon, Eufaula, OK; Sister, Elrita Johnson, Tiger Mountain; Brother, Buster Drain, Marble City, OK; Brother, Donald Drain, Sallisaw, OK; 4 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 18, from 1:00pm to 8:00pm and on Thursday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Services for Dixie will be held Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 2:00pm at the Trinity Baptist Church in Morris, OK officiated by Reverend Richard Kerr. Burial will follow at the Hoffman Cemetery under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home
