Dewey E. Robbins

Dewey E. Robbins age 89 passed away Sunday, March 1,2015 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dewey was born February 23, 1926 in Mannford, Oklahoma to George Dewey and Clara L. (Cooper) Robbins. He graduated from Pampa High School in Pampa, Texas. He married Norma R. Allison on October 17, 1946. He served his country and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. Dewey worked as a Superintendent in the oil industry for Dunagan Oil Company and retired in 2000. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Pampa, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents: George and Clara, his two brothers: Darrell and Max Robbins.

He is survived by his loving wife, Norma, his son, Mike Robbins and his wife, Dianna of Glenpool, his son, Danny Robbins of Jenks, his grandchildren, Daniel, Debbie and Amy, his sister in-laws, June Robbins of Pampa, Texas and Beverly Robbins of Denver, Colorado along with other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Graveside services are 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2015 at Memory Gardens in Pampa, Texas. Pastor Lonnie Robbins will officiate.
