David Lee Stinnett

David Lee Stinnett, 65, of Beggs, Oklahoma entered into eternal rest on July 10, 2021 with his loving daughter and family by his side.

David was born to Janiece (Berner) Stinnett and Milton Stinnett on May 30, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a Mounds High School graduate. After graduation, David attended vocational training that helped launch his long time career. He worked as a mechanic for 38 years at Holly Refineries, formally known as, Sunoco. David married Debbie (Bowers) Stinnett and together had a baby girl, Audra. He loved living on his 60 acres in Beggs, Oklahoma where he would take special care of his cows and horses. In his younger years David liked to hunt, fish, and spending time with his close family and friends. Time spent with his two best friends; Bobby Hurt and DeWayne Merchant were always a good time. After his divorce, he spent a lot of time with his long time girlfriend, Linda Guice who was with him at the end of his journey here on earth.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Janiece and Milton Stinnett and brother-in-law; James Fousel.

David is survived by his daughter; Audra Kerr and her husband Mike, siblings; Leonard Don Stinnett of Beggs, Oklahoma, Walter Boyd Stinnett and his wife Kaye of Terrell, Texxas, Linda Kay Fousel of Willis, Oklahoma, and Milton Stanley Stinnett and his wife Rhonda of Willis, Oklahoma, many nieces and nephews, along with other loving friends and family.

A private gathering for family and friends will take place at a later date.
