Connie Lynne Book

Connie Lynne Book, who was a resident of Jenks, Oklahoma, passed away on August 29, 2019 at the age of 63. She was born on May 18, 1956 in Afton, Oklahoma to Tuxa Tilton and Myria L. (Locust) Ballard. Her final resting place will be at The Bernoskie Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma.

Connie leaves a tribe of loving family members behind. Her husband of 12 years Brett Book of Jenks, OK. Her oldest daughter Mandi Lynn Jarchow of Fort Worth, TX and her sons Kerry and Colin. Coni's middle daughter Michelle Leigh Hightower of Bartlesville, OK and her three children Jaumon, Kismet, and Cameron. Coni's youngest , a son Carlton Douglas Hightower III (Trey) of Collinsville, OK and his wife Linzi Marie Hightower and their three children Hudson, Harper and Gregory. Connie also leaves behind two sisters, Kay Tackett of Vian, OK and Katina Cline of Tulsa, OK . Coni's mother Myria Ballard also resides in Vian, OK . Coni is preceded in death by her father Tuxa Tilton Ballard and her brother Tuxa "Beany" Ballard.

Coni loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren attending everything from speeches, dance recitals and all sporting activities depending on the season. She was an avid USC fan and enjoyed watching the games with her husband. She also enjoyed time at home watching her favorite shows such as Murder She Wrote and NCIS.

In lieu of flowers the Book Family would like for you to consider a donation to St. Jude Foundation.

A visitation will be held at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Monday, September 2, 2019 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.

A visitation for Coni will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 10:00am at the Vian Creek Baptist Church in Vian, Oklahoma with a funeral to follow at 11:00am and burial at Bernoskie Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma.
