Cilestine Rosetta Miller, a resident of Schulter, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 in Glenpool, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years. Cilestine was born on August 11, 1931 in Schulter, OK to Forest Jones and Carrie Martin. Cilestine was preceded in death by her parents, by husband Henry Thomas Miller, son Larry Miller, brothers: Bud Jones, Leonard Jones, Samuel Jones, Johnny Jones, and Floyd Blevins; sister Christine Gibson; and step-son Billy Miller. She is survived by her 4 children: Jimmy Miller of Morris, OK, Gary Miller and wife Mary of Schulter, OK, Henry Miller and wife Jackie of Schulter, OK, and LaShawne Griffin and husband Danny of Brownwood, TX; stepchildren: Lucille Hutcherson of Hitchita, OK, Murldean Morrow of Lakewood, OK, Patsy Ingram of Ada, OK, Thomas B. Miller of Hartshorne, OK, Freda Pogue of Ada, OK, Roger Miller of Hartshorne, OK, and Birdilee Ray of Hartshorne, OK; sisters Viola “Sis” Moore of Henryetta, OK, Lucille Cain of Okmulgee, OK, and Flora Jane Kelley of Henryetta, OK; as well as 37 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, 39 great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Viewing for Cilestine will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home from 12:00pm – 8:00pm and on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 8:00am – 12:00pm. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the Schulter Baptist Church at 2:00pm. Officiating the service will be Reverend Mike O’Dell Pallbearers for the service will be Tommy Miller, Timothy Miller, Shane Miller, Charlie Pogue, and Robbie Ray. Interment will be held at the Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta, OK under the direction of the Shurden-Jackson Funeral Home of Henryetta, OK.
