Bryan Lee Carroll

Bryan Lee Carroll, age 64, of Sand Springs passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Saint Francis Hospital after a brave battle against cancer.

Bryan was born July 10, 1958 in Tulsa to Bobby and Jo (Hrenchir) Carroll. Bryan grew up with his parents and two younger siblings in the South Brookside area. He attended: Holmes Elementary, Wright Junior High, and Edison High School. While in school, he was active in the Boy Scouts and a member of the baseball, basketball, and football teams. But it was the sport of bowling he enjoyed the most and where he excelled. Bryan's younger years was full of adventures: riding his red Schwinn bicycle with his neighborhood buddies, attending OU football games, riding his motorcycle in the fields with family in Drumright, Quail hunting, watching the Three Stooges & Little Rascal shows, Putt-Putt golf, and family vacations. In his teen days, Bryan enjoyed listening to music (The Beatles being his all-time favorite), going to concerts, cruising Peoria (the Restless Ribbon) in his hot rod Pontiac Firebird, attending Tulsa Oiler hockey games, and hanging out with friends. Bryan was a die-hard St. Louis Cardinal baseball and Green Bay Packer football fan. After high school, he entered the workforce where he met Kathi White. Bryan and Kathi married and had a son, Tyler Carroll. Bryan loved being a father to his son and stepfather to his stepdaughters, Brittney and Amandae Clark. After working for a few local companies, Bryan found his mainstay employment at Fluid Specialties in Warehouse Sales, where he was very well respected and liked by his co-workers and customers. For the last several years, Bryan enjoyed his early retirement in Sand Springs with Pam Primm and beloved dog, Buddy.

Above all, Bryan was the most genuine and caring person you would ever meet. Bryan loved everyone; he rarely met a stranger. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He had the ability to light up a room with his infectious smile, quick wit, and one-liners. Bryan's family and friends were most important to him, whom he loved unconditionally. He will be greatly missed.

Bryan was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Carroll, and his grandparents. He is survived by his son, Tyler Carroll; his father, Bobby Carroll; his brother Brad Carroll (Deb) and sister Dana Rehm (Bryan); and many nieces and nephews.
