Brock Dale Wilbur

Brock Dale Wilbur passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was 60.

Brock was born December 25, 1957 in Berwyn, Illinois to Barbara Marie (Brockman) Wilbur and Dale Lester Wilbur.

Brock grew up in North Central Illinois. He was a 1976 graduate from Kankakee Eastridge High School and then continued his education at Kankakee Junior College.

In 1994, Brock and his family moved to Oklahoma.

He was employed with Hagar Restaurant Service for 12 years and ran his own side business.

Brock was a man of the outdoors. He loved to spend his time outside camping, hunting and swimming. He always looked forward to their family camping trips in the Mid-West. Brock lived for the beautiful and scenic natural beauty they saw on these trips. His ability to problem solve made him a great handy man and being able to fix anything. Brock was extremely giving, friendly and had a kind soul. His easy going and fun personality made him someone that everyone loved to be around. Brock had a natural paternal approach that made him a great father.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dale Wilbur.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Wilbur; son, Jeremy Wilbur and his fiancé, Daniel Royston; daughter, Nicole Wilbur and her fiancé, Trey Pittman; granddaughters, Michaela and Marisa; and siblings, Michael Wilbur and his wife, Cynthia, Daniel Wilbur and his wife, Connie, Susan Langley and her husband, Jim. He also leaves a best friend, Dione Grimes; buddy, Derrell Roberts; and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all.

Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt's Funeral Service - Tulsa.
