Sarah Ann Adkins, daughter of John Wesley and Cynthia Louise (Jones) Fletcher passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016 in Tulsa. Sarah was born April 12, 1985 in Tulsa, OK.

She was a server in the restaurant business.

Sarah was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Adkins and her three brothers, Brian Fletcher, Mark Fletcher, and Jeff Fletcher.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 2:00PM at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1442 S Quaker Ave, Tulsa, OK 74120.
