Lillian Mae Brothers

Lily (Mom) was born September 20, 1920 in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and entered into her Heavenly home at 5:35pm (CDT) August 7, 2018 from hospice care at Clarehouse (“A Living, Loving, and Sharing Facility”) in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Lily’s husband of 52 years, John D. Brothers, preceded her in death on January 24, 1998. Lily and John spent most of their life together in Climax and Leadville, Colorado. They relocated to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1988 and lived there for the remainder of their lives.

Lily is survived by sons Frank, Richard, David, Mike (Linda), and Fred (Cookie); daughters Ava Lewis (Jim) and Bonnie Lake (Randy); sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Interment will be beside her husband at Crown Point Cemetery in Grand Junction, Colorado. A memorial service in celebration of Lily’s life will be held at a later date at Father’s House in Bixby, Oklahoma.
