Jeff T. Boucher, Jr.

December 27, 1928 — January 18, 2017

On January 18, 2017, Jeff T. Boucher Jr., husband, father, engineer, veteran, and master punster, died in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Tulsa to Jeff T. Boucher Sr. and Lucie Hassel Boucher December 27, 1928.

He married Sandra Godbold June 9, 1979. Jeff graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1947 and Tulsa University with degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Business. He was a proud 28 year retiree of the USAF Reserves with the rank of Lt Colonel. He worked for Gulf Oil, Sinclair Oil, ARCO, and as an oil and gas banker in Houston.

Jeff gave of his time to support food charities, the VFW and, as a deacon and elder for his church. He enjoyed people, eating, puns, telling jokes, painting, and traveling.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and survived by his wife, Sandra; brother, Frank Boucher (Mary); children: Joe Boucher (Anna) and Julie Jackson (David), former wife Norma Thompson; grandchildren: Joanna and Jeff Boucher, Parker (Sydney) and Kendall Jackson; great grandchildren, Piper and Rivers who is on the way.

His quick smile and gracious spirit pleased all who knew him, especially in the OMM Health Center where he spent his last days.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, January 28, 1 p.m., in the Fleming Center of Oklahoma Methodist Manor. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
